Safety
Electric cookers and hobs use a lot of power. The wiring and fuse box need to be up to the job before anything gets connected.
The wiring, fuse protection, cable condition, cooker switch and earthing all need to be in good shape before a cooker can be safely connected.
If something isn't safe, Harry won't connect the cooker. He'll explain clearly what the problem is and what would need to be sorted first.
All work is carried out to current UK wiring regulations. If anything comes up that needs extra sign-off or certification, Harry will discuss it with you before going ahead.
Before the visit
Sending a few photos first means Harry can often confirm the job is straightforward before visiting — saving time on both sides.
